Adele was educated in Ontario, Canada in Interior Architecture. For several years she worked with HOK, one of the largest architectural firms in North America. Adele decided she wanted to focus on residential projects, so she moved to San Francisco, where she designed exclusively for Italian manufacturer Poliform / Varenna for three years. Adele came to AND after meeting Dave, and having the freedom to bring her aspirations to life. As our ‘Design Visionary’, Adele brings over 15 years of design experience with her to AND.

Dave is a third-generation contractor, picking up the trade while working with his family on custom homes in Southern California. Since moving to the San Francisco in 2000, he has immersed himself in the unique design challenges of the Bay Area, becoming fluent in navigating hurdles such as permitting, process and parking. Dave prides himself on clearly communicating opportunities and constraints to clients, making them confident partners in the remodel process. Throughout each project, Dave employs AND's process-orientated system augmented with realistic contingency plans. Leveraging over 15 years of experience, Dave works diligently to prevent cost overruns, helping his clients build their project, minus the usual contracting nightmares.
